(1) If any campuses within Nepal which were operating as part campuses of Tribhuvan University at the time of commencement of this Act, wish to remain as part campuses of the university, such campuses may be transferred to the university with the approval of Tribhuvan University.

(2) Any campuses within Nepal that are affiliated with Tribhuvan University at the time of commencement of this Act may be granted affiliation by the university based on the consent of that campus. If you want to receive it, you should inform Tribhuvan University in advance.

(4) Other arrangements related to the transfer and affiliation of campuses will be as prescribed.
